When Conor Coghlan and Brian Chu met while studying architecture at Harvard’s Graduate School of Design, little did they know they’d soon launch of venture of their own. From A05, their studio in Red Hook, Brooklyn, they’ve dreamed up a whole line of clever furniture pieces (dubbed “hoek” in honor of Red Hook’s original Dutch name, meaning “red corner” or “angle”).
