Care:

Freezer-safe, microwave-safe, dishwasher-safe. Not suitable for sous-vide cooking. Can be used in cooking situations where the zipper seal will not be submerged, like steaming.
Deeply colored red/orange foods (tomato sauce, watermelon, turmeric, etc) will stain your zip-top bags. If this happens, rub with a paste of baking soda & water and let sit for four hours. Afterwards, wash as normal.
One Zip-Top bag can replace up to 5000 disposable plastic bags.
