Corn. Can I clean and remove kernels the day before sautéing? Store in Ziploc bag in fridge overnight and sautéed before serving?

Yes, assuming that you put those kernels right into back into the fridge, keeping them cold the whole time.
The result may not be quite as good, as corn really is much better, the sooner it is used / eaten from the time it's picked. If you must do this, however, due to time constraints or other factors, go ahead. ;o)

Thank you! I'm thinking if I sauté in enough butter, it will still be wonderful!
