I love the compact design, which is easy to handle ergonomically, and for a small steamer, very powerful, and heats up efficiently.

I have another steamer and am bummed I didn’t see this first. This one is fast to heat up (20 seconds) and powerful to get my wrinkles out of my thick tablecloths. Love it!!

I just have to say, this thing is so sexy. I have always wanted a steam iron and glad I waited. Super easy to use, and it's very thoughtfully design. Even the feel of it is cool.

I have owned a number of steamers, but this is the best! Immediate steam, comfortable to hold and works great. I’m hiding it from my adult children or it will disappear!

I waited over a year to review this steamer. It's been my experience that most steamers will work a couple of times before they up and die. This guy is still going strong. es out, needed several passes (steaming from the inside out was most effective). I've also been pleased that this doesn't leave water stains or rust spots in it's wake. I do use distilled water faithfully, empty the water reservoir after use completely, and do not store the water reservoir in the steamer. I deducted a star for it's weight, which may not be fair. I'm pretty sure the quality of the steamer and the inside mechanism correspond with it's reliability and long-life, but, it does start to get heavy even after steaming a shirt. Still, even with that critical comment, I'd rather pull this out than my iron and ironing board. Also, the storage pouch can be used as a hand mitt while steaming which is helpful. I particularly like the cover/"glove." Using the cover as a loose glove, it's possible to put your hand where it's needed to hold the garment straight. I had wanted something like this for a long time. I'm a bit disappointed. The water reservoir is quite small, and the opening is tiny for filling it. I had to use a syringe. It ran out of water before I could finish a shirt. It also took forever to cool off after using it so I could put it back in it's sleeve to store.

I have used it only once and it didn't seem to steam the wrinkles well. I need to try it again, but I was hoping it would be something I could travel with. Not so, it's very heavy, way too heavy to travel with.
