The best coffee grinder

We are a mixed coffee household- 1 caf - 1 de-caf.
We both love to fresh grind then use out double mesh french presses.

So well done

I think this is such a functional and easy piece for daily use. It does kick out some grounds after removing the cup, but it’s not more than any other grinder. It is quieter than expected too.

so far so great!

Just so beautiful sitting on my counter. So far the coarse grind has worked perfectly for my cold brew. I have not tried the other grinds yet but I am sure they will work just as well. I got so tired of my cheap grinder...

Quiet grinder, perfect for 1 cup

I have been waiting to purchase a coffee grinder for a long time, not wanting some huge contraption when I only need to grind coffee for one single pour over coffee per day. This is perfect for my purposes, relatively quiet, space saving and looks good on the countertop next to the kettle. However there are some caveats:

et on the back of the top lid that gives suggestions on grinding settings. I found the suggested pour over settings to be way too fine. FYI, I grind at 7 for a pour over.
- theoretically, you could measure your beans to the little line inside the measuring cup for one cup of coffee as shown in the instructions. I find that amount to vary too much from cup to cup and I have gone back to weighing my beans. FYI, I use 21g of beans for 12 oz of water. Read Less

Sleek Body and Small Footprint

There is everything to love about this coffee grinder, it’s sleek body and small footprint. The only drawback is a design flaw in which dark roasted, oily coffee, my kind of coffee beans, which don’t easily slide into the grinder from the bin.

Jury is still out

The grinder is beautiful and contributed to a great coup of coffee the first time I used it. It did jam on the second use and required a morning disassemble where you need to unscrew some of the parts from the machine. All before my first cup of coffee in the morning.

Beautiful but messy

Beautiful design but doesn’t contain the grinds very well, I’m cleaning more than I did with a cheap hand grinder. Visually stunning but messy.
