Shall we count the ways we love these trays? First, they’re stainless steel, which means they’ll freeze your ice faster, no plastic in sight. (They don’t absorb pesky odors or flavors, either.) Then there’s the handy lever, which releases all your cubes, all at once. When you’re not chilling your drinks, use them to save broth, fruit juice, you name it.
