Ruffled, in the best way
Not every baking dish gets a storybook beginning. This oval one with a ruffled edge was handmade in the Loire Valley from local grey clay, then fired using a technique that dates back to the 1800s. While the collection is no longer in production, we got our hands on the few remaining, just for you. Use yours to roast veg or bake up a cheesy quiche.
