Nice weight, cooks evenly, great handle, and easy cleanup. Love it.

Best pan I own! Heats up super fast, and has been making cooking even more enjoyable. I love the size of it. It's large and I can cook a ton at a time, but it's not too heavy, which has always been my issue with stainless steel skillets. I am very happy with this purchase.

This pan is too heavy and awkward. It requires 2 days of soaking and scrubbing to clean. (I own other stainless steel pans and know how to cook with them successfully.)
