Perfect for one pot meals

Food 52 Came Through

I've known for a long time about the quality and reliability of Le Creuset products, I've owned several pieces for years.
I'm new to Food 52, and the price was great for this 3.5 QT Sauteuse - so decided to give Food 52 a chance.
They did not disappoint, I'm a customer now.

Great pan!

Love the pan, it is cast iron but at the same time because of the coating, it was nonstick too. Only thing to remember is that, as its cast iron, expect the vessel to be on the heavier end.

Just love it!

I made one chicken stew the night I received the pot, and it was so easy to use, and the food came out great! Make sure to dry it immediately after washing. I love the pot!

I'm in love again

I have always coveted my friends enameled cast iron dutch oven, literally, forever. When the Le Creuset Enameled Cast Iron Sig Sauteuse came on sale, I just had to buy it. And, I haven't stopped using it since.

Beautiful

I use it on a daily basis and it’s soooo pretty and everything I have cooked in it comes out perfect ! I’d like to take credit for it but really I think it’s the quality of the pot that makes the food taste so good

Terrific everyday pot

I bought this for a gift and ended up keeping it. Love the orange color, but best is the excellent, even heating. A great everyday pot. I could use a large one.

I was very pleased with the color! So beautiful and vibrant, really stands out in my kitchen. Beautiful in looks and great in function

I had to give 3 stars because the lid gets pretty hot while cooking and it is little expensive for the size. it’s great for cooking any kind of gravies, stews.
