Induction dream!

Having moved to a new home w/ an induction cooktop and 5 people cooking at any given time, these are perfect! Tried other nonstick pans but the connection to the heat and surface of the pan were inconsistent. These green beauties are even better than expected and nice sizing too!

Love these pans!

Greenpan Fry Pans

I already own a set from last year’s purchase from you. Had to give my Sis same set for the holidays bec she kept complaining about her old pans sticking and a mess to clean up . She loves her new Greenpan non stick fry pans, already made omelets several mornings.

Q: How well does the nonstick hold up in the long run? When I bought nonstick ceramic in the past I noticed it started to wear off after about a year.

A: Depending on frequency of use, most nonstick pans have a lifespan of 2 - 5 years. For especially tough sticking, we recommend filling the pan halfway with water and bring it to a near-boil for about 2 minutes. Then pour out the water and place the pan on a sturdy, flat surface, and carefully use a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser on the warm pan. Any residual carbon should clean up quickly!

Q: Can you tell me why we should not use butter or extra virgin olive oil ? I know they have a lower smoke point but your guide says to cook at lower temps. Also any suggestions on getting burnt pieces off the pan when hand washing doesn’t remove ? Many thanks. I have 4 of these from you already and enjoy using.
