Any good recipes for leftover baked ham?

I don't have the whole ham bone for soup, alas, but I have some slices of leftover baked, glazed ham. Is there something inventive I can turn it into for dinner?

Take a baguette, cut it open from the side from pole to pole, and spread spicy mustard thinly on both halves. Spread out your ham slices on the bottom half to cover the bread. Place slices of Swiss cheese on the other half. Place under a grill until the cheese melts. Slam it shut, cut it in half, and share it, with sliced Kosher dills on the side.

My top recipe (or a close second) for leftover ham is to toss it with steamed or roasted cauliflower in a goat cheese sauce.

Nothing compares to a hearty bowl of great northern beans and ham. This has been a family leftover staple as earlier as I can remember!

I have made this recipe using chopped ham instead of bacon:

Very good either way!

I used to make a pasta and cheese dish in which you cooked the pasta, added chopped broccoli at the last minute to the cooking water, then strained it and stirred in shredded mozzarella, olive oil, and chopped baked ham. It was one of my daughter's favorite dishes when she was little.

Eggs Benedict Strata, perfect at this time of year if you happen to have extra hard boiled eggs and ham!

Chop it in matchstick cuts and put on a pizza.

Breakfast for dinner not inventive but I love a breakfast cassarole or a fritata with spinach, onion, slices of roma tomatoes and feta on top with a fruit salad on the side?

There is nothing like good baked ham on a grilled sandwich. Nothing.
Here are two recipes that caught my eye when they were posted. I haven't tried either, but would (in fact, I'd probably try both) if I had some baked ham on hand:

I would probably cheat on the second one, by using slices of microwaved sweet potato. ;o)
