We love our 2-in-1 grill pan!

We traded out our old 6qt dutch oven for this one and I'm so glad we did. It's beautiful, high-quality, and the 6.4qt is the perfect size, giving us a little extra capacity for family meals. Love the 2-in-1 grill pan lid--it's a genius space-saver for our small kitchen!

The cocotte performed beautifully for

The cocotte performed beautifully for a beef braise l just made. From browning evenly to deglazing to a long, slow braise, the pot held the heat evenly and thru out all phases of the dish preparation. A great addition to my cooking equipment.
