From game day gatherings to holiday get togethers, this creamy baked corn dip is basically a recipe for party spread success. This dish combines canned kernels with Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise, sour cream, cheddar, jalapeño, and paprika for a dish that's as easy to make as it is delicious to eat.

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika or sweet paprika
  • 2 (15.25-ounce) cans whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 medium red bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon canned jalapeño peppers, finely chopped
Directions
  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Spoon into a 1-quart baking dish.
  3. Bake 20 minutes or until warm and bubbling. Serve with chips or your favorite dippers.

Flavor isn't bad but it is watery. Will put the leftovers in a bean soup.
