Materials:: Glazed stoneware (clay, sand, feldspar, enamel).
Care:: Dishwasher, microwave, placing the dish in the cold oven before cooking safe. Handcrafted sandstone, these pieces may have some imperfections which in no way affect their quality, or their resistance. Oven safe up to 430°F.

We’ve been itching to bring these wares to the Shop, and we’re thrilled they’re here. Manufacture de Digoin started along the central canal in Burgundy back in 1875. They were in good company, too: By 1900, the stretch between Digoin and Paray-le-Monial was home to over 40 ceramics factories, each with its own speciality. The family-owned business has been crafting stoneware garden pots since the start, and—much to our delight—they’ve since branched out into the world of kitchenware.

imes and it continues to impress. Clean-up is a breeze; so far, no stuck on food to require soaking. It cooks/bakes consistently. I’ve only hand washed my baker, therefore, no idea re dishwasher.

I will definitely purchase the medium & large bakers. My dilemma- purchase remaining in the lovely Sage or the cream. I having zero zilch artistic/color coordination talent, the sage baker appears to be neutral enough to blend w a variety of color palettes. I love this baking dish

I love French ceramics as they are so strong yet not overly heavy. I have been baking and cooking for many years and yet still find myself looking for new excellent pieces of bakeware. This went to the top of my favorite list.
One more thing - about the color. I was not overly excited with the two choices of color, but I have so much white I decided to try the green. I love it! Pretty and Practical

This baking dish is perfect for 2-4 people. Food heats evenly and looks great against the ceramic background. The baking dish wouldn't look out of place on your dining room table when hosting guests.
