You braise me up
Staub’s cast-iron multi-use braiser is one of our favorites. And now? It’s got a glass lid. We use it to not only braise short ribs and hearty stews, but also to bake fruit crumbles, roast pork chops, fry chicken, cook pancakes on its wide flat surface, and pretty much everything else.
- Compatible with all stovetops, including induction
- Oven safe up to 500°F
- Dishwasher safe (hand-washing recommended)
- Cast-iron for A+ heat retention
- Enameled surface never needs seasoning
- Opt for a glass lid that retains moisture and lets you monitor cooking progress, or choose the enameled cast iron for the classic choice
- Two handles for oven-to-table transfers
- Made in: France.
- Shipping & Returns: Free Standard Shipping on Orders $199+ ($14.99 on Orders Below $199) and Easy-Breezy Returns.

- Materials:
Enameled cast iron, glass or cast iron lid, stainless steel or brass knob.
- Care:
Safe for use on any cooktop, including induction. Oven and broiler safe up to 500°F. Use plastic or wood utensils only as metal utensils may damage the enamel. Allow pan to cool before washing.
