The NoCo patented nonstick experience is constructed, not coated, making this pan extremely durable. Inspired by the Lotus Effect, the pattern pressed into the titanium makes the surface naturally hydrophobic, which in turn creates a nonstick effect.

Beautiful and worthy pan in any kitchen!

Have cooked lots of veggies and eggs with this, and salmon once. Cooks evenly, releases food easily. Love the depth of the pan. So far has been very easy to clean, as well as maintain the shiny exterior.

A great pan for many purposes

We are more and more getting into using this pan. Just got an induction stove and it works great on it as well. I love the way it cooks, with nice browning all while nothing sticks. It doesn’t repel the water the way a smooth stainless steel would because of the tiny divits in it but that is fine as the nonstick effect is the best!

Great pan

Terrific pan, cooks great and very solid build. Excellent non stick, easy to clean and beautiful to look at. Its on the heavy side which i personally count as a plus, same for tall sides. I think tjos will be the rare nonstick that lasts for a ling time. Highly recommended.

Excellent Skillet

This is my go to skillet. It stays on my stove top from cooking eggs in the morning to preparing a one pan meal for dinner for one to whoever shows up. Buy it ! You will be so happy you did.

Impressive

Great pan. I was a little hesitant because of the price and a few of the reviews where others mentioned it not actually being nonstick. very glad that I did. I'm extremely happy with it. I use it nearly everyday. It's become my standard go to pan for nearly everything. It truly is nonstick as far as I can tell and I love that there are none of the PFAS in traditional non stick. Preheat the pan, add your oil, butter, or whatever you choose, give a minute for the oil (or other) to heat up. I've not had a single thing stick at all. My eggs slide in the pan, I don't even need to nudge them with the spatula like I had to with my teflon non stick pans. So, I'm not sure what others are doing for anything to stick. It sears well as stated, but for certain meats, I still prefer my Smithey cast iron. . . can't really compete with that for a good sear. If you don't have cast iron, this is a strong second for a good sear. Also, it is easy to clean. Overall, an outstanding "do it all" pan. Read Less

A: To get the most out of your Always Pan, cooking at low to medium heat (the occasional sear is A-OK!), using high-smoke point fats (extra virgin olive, refined coconut, avocado, and peanut oils as well as clarified butter or ghee are great options!)
